Other Info: Eastern European vertical format note. Originally these were printed in 1909 (note bears that date in the plate) but issued at a later date, perhaps 1917 or later, said to be an issue of the Soviet Government. The early (1909) issues had a serial number; the later issues have two letters and a three-digit number YA-101 (series number rather than serial). LISTING IS FOR ONE PIECE. LIMIT FIVE PER CUSTOMER. Coloration: Blue & light peach.
Depictions: Ornate printing and finely-printed shield-like ornamental designs and guilloches on the front and back. The back has a crowned shield bearing a large double-headed eagle.
